Lovely place to get probably the best fish and chips available anywhere. Nice staff who took time when serving and excellently cook produce with a lovely fresh flavour.

We were recommended to try the fish and chips from here by a couple of locals. The food did not disappoint at all. Lovely freshly cook food. It was very busy when we arrived and the waitresses were kept busy and very very friendly.The queue for takeaway meals was long which proves how popular this place is.

I don’t even live in Yorkshire anymore but any opportunity I head here. Best fish and chips I’ve ever had in the UK (I love fish and chips).I don’t know how they manage it but it never tastes greasy and the chips are perfection. I love fish bites so I always order those, the portions in the restaurant are good - options for bigger and smaller portions depending on your preference. Highly recommend

Visited on Sunday to have something to eat before settling of home.Staff brilliant my friend and I had them in stitches.2 old men pretending we were on day release from a care home.My Haddock was tasty.And my friends pie and chips tasty.If I'm in Settle would use again.Philip and Laurie.

So I'm living temporarily in Settle and was fortunate to find this place. As I told the server, I was brought up on the seaside and this fish and chips is the best I have tried. Not greasy at all and fresh tasting. Not cheap but not expensive either. Very friendly people also. If you like fish and chips you will love this place. A reason you often find people queuing outside in the rain to get it.

I absolutely love proper, Yorkshire-cooked fish and chips. I wasn't planning to eat here, but I was passing and was drawn in...1 had haddock, chips and mushy peas. They were delicious! Light, crispy batter on the fresh, flaky fish. Crispy chips with fluffy centres and unctuous mushy peas. Perfect.Very satisfying!Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

Delicious Fish and chips, we stopped off on our return from the lakes.. Friendly cheerful service.Bit pricey but not their fault i guess ..
