Silat Fitrah

I started training in Silat at the start of the year. Have been to the training camps where I was immediately felt welcomed. When training it is like a family. Guru Tua Chris and Guru Eddie are phenomenal teachers and every lesson is first class. The syllabus is great for learning at home as there is loads of support , but I really look forward to the training camps to meet up with everyone.

If you want to learn a complete art for both self preservation(self defence) and self perfection(life in general), look no further. Silat Fitrah has it all for all ages and all experiences. Love the journey with the Silat Fitrah community!

Brilliant Instructors and a brilliant community to be part of. The principles taught in this system can be used in any other martial art that you are practicing.

Honestly a life changing experience training in Silat Fitrah - incredibly effective from a martial perspective, with key principles that can be applied effectively and efficiently in a self defence situation, rather than having to learn hundreds of different 'techniques' ...and yet so much more in terms of the opportunity to grow and become more aware of yourself in a physical, mental and emotional sense - the teachers really are world class and incredibly welcoming - the sense of community and friendship among those that train with them really has to be experienced first hand - highly recommended!

Training in Silat Fitrah under Guru Tua Chris Parker and Guru Eddie Quinn has been one of the best decisions I have made.The physical movements found in Silat have challenged me in many ways, improving my physical well-being as well as my ability as a martial artist.The life-art side of the Silat training is even better, so many lessons in how to take the training into your everyday life, helping to focus, to relax, to achieve etc.The online material is extremely well put together and presented, allowing you to progress at your own pace.I cannot recommend the training highly enough.

I wish I could put in to words a good enough review that would do Silat Fritah , Guru Tua Chris Parker and Guru Eddie Quinn justice, its not just an effective martial art, but a life art taught by two of the most insperational and welcoming people I've ever had the pleasure to train under.It's a real privilege to be able to attend the training camps and be be surrounded by like minded people, with no egos and knowing I will leave with far more than just training in the martial and the art.
