First time I’ve been here and getting my nails done professionally. So I don’t have much to compare too. There was a bit of a wait but not too long maybe 15 minutes, overall having may nails done took a bit longer than expected. But this was down to staff utilising time when my nails were drying etc to start on another customer (multitasking) which is perfectly understandable. I was always asked if I was happy with shape, length etc as my nails were being done which I appreciate.I am really happy with my nails other than maybe the colour choice but that’s my fault as I chose them. The nude colour was a bit more pinkish than I’d have liked it but the nails still turned out absolutely brilliant. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

I went at this place for the first time they didn’t give options if i wanted powder of my desired colour. They just put white powder and then the paint. Came home and second day I noticed bubbles underneath the nail paint and it started peeling by the third day. I am very very disappointed that this happened within 2 days of application. They took £40 and it wasn’t even worth it, I would have been better off just using the stick on ones instead. Giving 2 stars as the staff were friendly.

Bitter sweet experience. Came here to do both feet and hands plus the pedicure.Left the tip, service was great. Fee days after my nails on my hand started to peel of. I went to the store to show it and they offer to fix it. I told them that I don't have time as I was working but that I will becoming in week or two. That said ok. When I came to fix it, they told me that they will give me 50% off to fix the nails.Did not want argue, therefore they took off the nail polish and I went away.Not very professional at the end.

This is by far my favourite and best nail place. The girls are so hard working and kind. Such a friendly environment!! I highly HIGHLY recommend them for their friendly service and such great quality nails!! I’ve found my gel acrylics don’t break or chip or fall off even after 3 weeks!

The nail tech was lovely but he kept cutting my skin with the nail clippers. This happened on my fingers and toes. He did sanitiser the nail clipper however, he still used the brush on the finger that was bleeding even though I suggested he shouldn't. I didn't think this was very hygienic.

Called in to this place the day before heading back home to NZ. They fitted me in straight away to remove gel nails I had done previously in NZThen they filed,buffed, & applied nail polish so I'm now returning home with a beautiful set of nails. Thank you for your quick service.

Always friendly welcome, and they all do great nails and really good pedicure

Amazing place, went in on my lunch to get a full set of acrylics done, was gone in 30min and still had time for lunch. The girl who did it was fantastic and did a brilliant job!Definitely would recommend and will go back again!

Today was my first day here, and it was amazing!!Such a friendly welcoming staff and my pedicure was done well and professionally.I loved that the chair was a massage chair.Definitely coming again!
