I have bought packs of 24 sparkling water in glass bottles for Polemonium Plantery B&B for years and pleased to support a ‘local’ company but as an ethical plastic free business please could you supply them for me in cardboard boxes?

Disgusting treatment of members of the public… rude and totally ignorant employees, like to think the police are their own private security, obviously like to lie to get them to respond.Obviously got something to hide the way they treat visitors..very, very unprofessional staff.

They use a transport and storage company in Leeds who constantly drive up and down the Harrogate road, I have on several occasions witnessed their drivers using hand held devices whilst driving articulated vehicles loaded with bottles of water, must be around the 25-30 tonne weight, this is through a residential area where there are cyclists, joggers, elderly drivers and a major grammar school, as well as being illegal it is not acceptable, someone will be killed due to this dangerous practice. I will not use or purchase any of your products and will also spread the word.

Rude staff who verbally abuse members of the public, please object to their planning concent for expansion into beautiful woodland. Bill Ben and the large woman really need to be sacked. Scared of a camera and lie about knives in back packs in order to trigger the police.

Fantastic company,was recently had a so called audit by Kevin waterhouse aka auditing Yorkshire who was verbally abusive to staff,and edits his video to make the company look bad,if you look at Kevin's previous videos,he is always verbally abusive and comes across as intimidating to members of staff

If you want to make a good impression on clients. Handing them a bottle of Harrogate water is a good way. It's today's equivalent of Perrier in the eighties. The branding is exceptional and the quality is fantastic.
