Came to Cardiff, had my favorite Italian shoes with me, and thought, maybe I have them receive some TLC ... Found Yans, trusted reviews and took the plunge. Result: Stunning, was afraid but they came out like new... John who owns it is a super nice guy. Had a cool chat, left very happy. Experience couldn’t have been better: Highly recommended. Great work, great price and passion !

I brought 3 pairs of boots here for heel replacement, one of which I thought was beyond repair. It took less than an hour to fix them and they all look like new! The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic service that was quick, efficient and incredibly well worth the money! Brought in my Doc Martens whose sole had nearly completely separated from the boot as well as a totally worn heel. The gentleman that served me actually noticed the heel before I did!Super quick and very professional experience, the next time I or any of my friends and family need any shoe repairs done I’ll recommend this place!Thank you so much!
