We have just completed the sale on our house with Brennans. We cannot thank Ricky and his team for the service they provided us.From start to finish everything was professional, friendly and the communication was excellent. Not only that but the approach they use is different to other agents.We would certainly recommend them to anyone else wishing for a sale.

What a pleasure working with Ricky and his team was. From start to finish, there are always constant touch points and updates, which we all know is very reassuring when doing big things like buying and selling.I did originally go with Purple Bricks and I had to pay them upfront. It all seemed great, and then it just went quiet, and I sat about twiddling my thumbs waiting for viewings. I guess they don't focus on getting anything specific sold since they have already made their money.I decided to bite the bullet, I would try someone else, as it was little like tumble weed with PB. As soon as I spoke with Ricky, I had a way better feeling. They are motivated, proactive, and professional. The photographs were great, the write up was great and the viewings started coming straight in.I'd definitely just go straight to Brennan Bespoke next time. And if you're reading this, put your mind at ease and give them a try.
