Mr Flower

Have previously had my whole wedding flowers made my Tracie here who is an obsolute pleasure, so helpful and makes absolutely beautiful flowers! I went back last week for a friends birthday bouquet and received the same excellent service and beautiful arrangement. Will always return here and recommend to anyone!

Outstanding arrangements for my wife's funeral. Staff were excellent very understanding especially dealing with the orders from family members. All the staff were second to none. I highly recommend Mr Flower

Do not order via website. Confirmation received and money taken but no flowers despite phoning the warehouse and being assured drivers where still out and no need to be concerned. Awaiting refund but won't make up for wife's disappointment.

Was passing by and spoke to a lovely lady who got some of their olive trees from their branch in Chatham which look amazing! She was very helpful and the selection of flowers is awesome for a high street shop.

Would not really have given even 1 star but I had to in order to write this review. Went in and bought a 30 pound bouquet last friday- by Monday they looked like they had been in the vase a fortnight! So, reason for poor review is not so much the flowers as the SNOTTY attitude of the woman in shop when my mum phoned to tell her how poor flowers were. Very condescending and insisted I had to bring them back to the shop (an hour and a half return journey) not mum who had been given the flowers. Reason unknown for this as the issue was the flowers!!!! Insisted she had no record of the purchase so we could just be making this up! Will never buy from here again. I'm sure I'll receive a terse reply! But customer service does not seems to be this shops forte it seems.

Ordered flowers on same day delivery. Never showed up. Requested some form of communication as to why and a refund and put in PayPal complaint. To date after one week not even an acknowledgement. Very poor service, very poor communication. Just glad it was a one off bouquet and not a large order for corporate or wedding. Have phone number and email and paypal address but still received no communication or refund.

Tracee and her colleague at Slinders Florist Rochester were absolutely fabulous and so accommodating putting together ideas for flower displays for my Mum's 60th Birthday party. They were clear, helpful and always willing to help. Tracee put together a display for us after we had discussed our general ideas, and then altered it several times to meet the needs of us as her clients. The service was seamless. Both Tracee and her colleague were lovely. The displays for the party were beautiful; classy and classic. The flowers were complimented by all of our guests at the party. We would definitely use Slinders Rochester again.A massive thank you to you both!
