Happy Knuckles - Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy

I have been seeing George because of plantar fasciitis problems and he has been really excellent. He combines the deep knowledge of a medical practitioner with the passion for improving people's quality of living. His massages are incredibly thorough and he has exceptional attention to detail - always able to identify trigger points of soreness and help remedy them. My plantar pain has been reduced enormously and I am able to resume my running program. He has also been very helpful in providing a range of stretching and strengthening exercises so that I can continue to make progress at home. Highly recommended if you are feeling sore!

I would highly recommend George, he is absolutely fantastic at what he does!George listened very carefully to where I was feeling pain in my body and was furthermore welcoming feedback during the massage to suit my needs and to support working on those more painful areas.He finished off showing me stretches to support my problematic areas.I found the whole experience really wonderful and felt secure I was in very knowledgable hands!Highly recommend!!!!

I have and had a number of conditions which George has been treating: a painful shoulder with restricted movement, a painful foot which doctors told me was arthritis and I would just have to live with and a sore neck. Re the shoulder and foot, George has resolved both of those and we are still working on the neck which is a chronic condition and is taking a little longer to resolve.George takes a very wholistic and personal approach to his treatment- questioning your lifestyle, habits and daily routines to try to get to the bottom of the root cause of the pain.He has done endless research on my behalf for products and changes which will contribute to my longer term well being,Apart from just being a lovely guy, George is caring, respectful and incredibly generous with his time.I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had just moved here recently from the United States, where I had been treated for almost a year by a chiropractor who simply wanted to take my money. After seeing George only twice, I have already experienced relief and better movement in my neck and shoulders. George genuinely has a gift for being in tune with your body and noticing what areas to focus on.
