Fantastic service again at the store in Sutton Coldfield. Kim booked our honeymoon from start to finish and was great accommodating everything we wanted and needed. She gave great advice on where she recommended for us to stay. Our hotel was amazing and she even contacted the hotel directly who arranged welcome drinks and decorated our room upon our arrival. She was super friendly and wouldn’t book anywhere else in future!

Would like to thank the lovely Isabelle for her help in booking and planning my holiday. She was patient, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She took me through everything down to the last letter and even sorted my holiday insurance there and then. Will definitely be booking my next holiday with TUI and will be requesting Isabelle specifically to help me do so!

We came down to the new store last week and had a lovely experience seeing the girls in store. They were attentive, professional and very helpful. We couldn’t decide on destination but we’re recommended somewhere in Tenerife after chatting to Nicola the travel advisor.The store manager Emily was also very friendly and helpful with recommending our currency and travel money card.We will definitely be going back to book our next holiday with them as they literally took all the stress out of booking.

Couldn’t thank Zoe enough for the work she did booking my holiday! Zoe went above and beyond to ensure my holiday was a dream come true and was perfect for my needs. Throughout, she double checked with me on everything ensuring it was all perfect and I had everything that was needed. The holiday was booked so quick and easy. Closer to the holiday Zoe even reached out to myself so I could book an excursion. She found the most perfect, affordable excursion and always ensured we got our money worth. Would 100% recommend Zoe and will continue to use her in the future.

Honestly felt completely reassured and had fun choosing where we wanted to go for our honeymoon. Kim at the Sutton Coldfield branch was amazing and we came away with huge smiles on our faces so pleased with our package and at ease that we were being so looked after!
