QA Kitchens and Bathrooms

We highly recommend QA Kitchens. We had been to Wren & B&Q for design & price, but they didn't come anywhere near to what we wanted. Rob at QA Kitchens nailed it. Nice easy process from design to fitting, amazing aftercare service.

Just had my kitchen fitted by Shaun and his team, very happy with the completion good communication and very professional, I love my new kitchen. Me and my wife would highly recommend QA Kitchens anytime.

We are really delighted with our new bathroom. The whole team were fantastic to deal with & very professional. Phil was superb & sorted out quite a few issues in our old property along the way. The quality of the tiling he & Cameron produced was excellent. The work took slightly longer than expected but the end product is certainly worth it. Many thanks. From the design stage to completion, QA were professional and approachable. Its been 15+ years since I brought a kitchen and they walked me through the whole process and we love the final result. The quality of the units is outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, even the bespoke cabinets we wanted. We were genuinely surprised to get this quality for the price.

We did a lot of research before settling with our choice to have QA complete our kitchen and bathroom and we are extremely pleased we chose them. The service has been exemplary from start to finish. Jack in the showroom designed exactly as we wanted and no changes were too much trouble. All the dates booked in worked and were on time (brave the week before we were hosting Christmas!) and the customer service was fabulous.The fitters, Dave for the bathroom and Matt the kitchen couldn’t have been better representatives for a firm, they are professional, courteous & trustworthy with excellent workmanship and clean and tidy as an added bonus. The management team of Rob & Ross completed full sign off of works and provided us with absolute confidence that if we ever have any issues they’d be resolved.And finally, the kitchen and the bathroom we love it. We would highly recommend QA Kitchens and Bathrooms. They provided an excellent service from Ross our superb kitchen designer to Chris and Mel our kitchen fitters. All the tradespeople that came to our house were excellent and everyone worked very tidily. Would have no hesitation to use them again.

QA worked with us with endless patience as we decided on the bathroom we wanted, we visited 3 of their showrooms and everybody we met went out of their way to help us. We settled on a bespoke sink unit & inbuilt shaker style cupboards, we must have changed our minds 100 times but Vicky was incredible at bringing our thoughts to life & the finished result is better than I thought was possible. A tiny hiccup with the install, but this was fixed quickly & without fuss, the quality of the work and finish was fabulous. I'd 100% recommend & I'll be using them again for anything we need in the house. Thank you QA :)

What a great experience we have had from Rob and team at QA kitchens and bathrooms.We chose to have our bathroom fitted with these back in October, everything went to plan and it took just under 2 weeks from start to finish.Jack in the showroom helped us with our design and listened exactly to what i wanted.John came to fit our bathroom on the agreed date, on time and really professional. He was really tidy, and cleaned up at the end of each day. His work in just faultless. A credit to the QA team.Every member of the team we came in contact with, including the electrician and roofer, (didnt catch their names) were really friendly and good at what they do.Rob came to make sure everything was going to plan a few days in, and that we were happy with everything.The finish of our bathroom is just fantastic, its everything i could of wanted.Thankyou.

After few months of debating who to choose to make our dream kitchen, the wife & I decided to go with QA Kitchens & Bathroom (Newport showroom,Telford) I was amazed how much Kitchens had gone up in price since I purchased my last kitchen! I had a few issues with my existing kitchen layout which I wanted changing, Qa sent out a gentleman to measure up and look at what type of design we wanted! After that the wife and I picked what units,appliances, worktops and most importantly our Quooker tap!We had a complete makeover from lowering our ceiling and adding new lighting, plastering the walls & ceiling to totally transforming our kitchen to what we have today!From the kitchen fitter (Phil) to all the tradesmen that came out (Electrician, plumber and plaster) all work was carried out to high standards and their workmanship was better than expectation.Thankyou to Rob and the team

We have now got a wonderful kitchen !
