I want to write this review, so nobody else wastes their money training with Dovile. From start to finish, she was unprofessional and all about the money. She started training late both days, finished early for hair appointments and flights, was not at all interested about my learning or experience on the course or on my journey afterwards. Took days to reply, was not helpful, very brief, and quite frankly disinterested with trying to help me. Her Instagram looks amazing, but it’s quite clear this is all she cares about, and it’s all for the image, as the reality is very different. She was rude to multiple people on my course, and was not a mentor. I paid my hard earned money trying to find answers myself and work out from looking at other artists work where I was going wrong. The course itself could be good, but unfortunately she tarnished my whole experience. Do your research and train with a master who actually cares about your learning, and not just about themselves, their image and the money. I got more support from the ‘help’ posts I posted on the app.

I came over from Portugal to train in London with Dovile! Was the best thing I ever did, she is a great teacher and it is a great academy to train with! Definitely worth training here and spending a little bit extra as I believe other places don’t train you properly judging by work I have seen - especially where I am in Portugal! Will definitely come to London again to do more Phi courses in the next couple of years!!

Master Dovile is such an inspiration in herself. She’s not only a teacher, but a real life coach. A huge kick of motivation only after two days. In her world “hard” and “impossible” doesn’t exist, what makes you believe in yourself even more. Super high standard of academy. I loved it.Violeta was very helpful as well. Thank you so much ❤️

I was Dovile’s online student. Unfortunately I had the worst learning experience ever. I could never get any straight answers for my questions.Communication was rushed, not helpful and in poor written english.I was asked multiple times to resend photos of my models. This process of back and forth was long and It felt like my Master is looking for any mistakes not to pass me. I am a student and there always will be something not so perfect. I think if a Master is looking for perfection in a student then should expect perfection from itself in a first place. At some point it started to feel like a money milking process and I left.I still think that the Phibrow academy courses are good but do your proper research which Master is actually a good teacher and looks after you. Two days in academy won’t teach you much you will learn at home with practice and right support from your mentor. So choose your Master wisely. Don’t go for one who looks good on Instagram.Anyway, I’m moving on. I will keep learning but this time will do proper research.

What an absolutely amazing Academy and an inspirational teacher Dovile is, the training was excellent and worth every penny, I travelled from South Wales to complete this course. Anyone who is looking to complete a microblading course please go to the Phi Academy London! The dream is just beginning and I cannot wait to see what the future holds all thanks to Dovile!! Michaela who is also part of Dovile's team at the Academy is amazing also, always there when you need help and has all the answers ! Thank you so much for everything!!

I am a student from 2018. Loved the experience and being a part of Dovile´s team. She was very kind, understanding and always made sure to help in everything. My very first work on the day of practice looked amazing. Thats how great of a learning experience it was.

Training at the PhiAcademy has given my buisness a new lease of life and a new direction that I've wanted for a very long time (and I've not even started yet! My clients are so excited!!!)After years of research I put my trust in Dovile, her training, product knowledge and this training did not dissapoint. By far the best training I've ever had! Dovile is a highly inspiring Grand Master, she has not only provided me with the best headstart to a new career, but has also made me feel empowered, driven and motivated, and not just in the brow artist industry, but in life.
