To the guy with a grey beard who works here , you are rude and should NOT be working in customer service. Me and my husband (who normally spends alot of money) will not be returning. I sincerely feel for anyone that has to work with this person and encourage anyone going into the shop to avoid him.

For most of your nerdy needs...Hard to give this an accurate review as not many places to compare it too. Let's get the bad out the way. Its not cheap but there is the odd bargain. Fans of Doctor who, star wars and Harry Potter are well catered for but there is also a lot of more obscure stuff and some horror stuff too. Interesting shop to browse.

The man with the beard and a hat was really rude to my 9 year old made him feel embarrassed. He shouted across the shop ‘dude can you read?’ Which made my boy not fully understanding his issue. The sign was as high as I haven’t see it and written in very small letters, so how can you expect 9 year old to see? Even when my boy said sorry, he ignored him! I wonder why he is working in public place. That is wrong!

Great place!Visited Norwich for the first time and just had to step in as there aren't many shops around Ipswich like this :)Great place for collectors, i personally loved the star wars merchandise! It's reasonably priced and great quality.We brought a figurine for around £130 i believe and it looks amazing, came with lots of attachments and great quality. It's now displayed in our house with the rest of our collection!We already made plans of visiting again and purchasing more figurines.Staff were also attentive and lovely which made shopping and looking around easier for everyone.

I've been dragged into this place twice by visiting relatives, both times I may as well have been invisible as not one staff asked if I'd like any help. Also very overpriced! No wonder people buy online.

I get dragged in here by my daughter quite often. She's a big fan of Pokemon, Pusheen and Harry Potter at the moment. The shop certainly seems to cater for most of the big franchises (Star Wars, Dr Who, Stranger Things etc)There is a vast selection of the Funko Pop figurines, collectibles, t-shirts etc.A great selection of horror merch as well.The DVD selection is great, but sometimes a little overpriced compared to other shops.

Really awesome place to nerd out in. There's also a wide array of items and fandoms to choose from. Stranger things, Jurrasic Park, Marvel, Anime, Harry Potter - you name it. They also carry alot of practical items such as lunch boxes, water bottles and t-shirts. Such as the lunchbox I got for my little brother in the image attached.Fair prices and lovely staff. They also have foam swords from popular shows!

A top notch shop for Sci-fi and Fantasy merchandise. They even had a few reduced items (tee-shirts reduced to £5 to £10).
