The customer service is awful, they don't even know how to speak to people. Very very unprofessional. Won't even give you an appointment. I'm surprised the surgery is still allowed to remain open. It should be shut down by the government. I wish everyone gets together and does something about this useless surgery with useless staff and the doctors as well as the practitioner nurses, they worse than the reception staff. Will be looking for another place.

Eve Frost is a breathe of fresh air to the Practice. She is professional, meticulous, empathetic & understanding. In my recent appointments with Eve, she has listened & had a holistic approach to her consultations. I am happy to have met her at the surgery. We need more practitioners like Eve at the Practice to turn things round. Thank you for all your help.

it was so nice and great to see the pharmacist who helped my mum in such a good and kind way that i cant sayin words .bless her my mum was truly happy and mum's problem was sorted .mum was very satisfied. thank you

If your 8 minutes late they send you away regardless of age or illness, but then expect you to wait over half an hour past your appointment time. Absolutely disgusting

Sophie was very welcoming and friendly. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in having a test where women can feel embarrassed. I recommend all the women to book her for any women problems or tests. She is a wonderful asset to the surgery.

Had an issue with getting a follow up appointment, spoke to manager who said she was going to do an audit and put some actions in place. Next time i visited the GP booked my follow-up without any questions asked so looks like thing worked after the actions put in place by the manager.

Called up at 8.10, great difficulty getting through and the call disconnected. Called again 30 minutes later, position 24 (which was fine as I did manage to get on the call in this instance) only to be told there are no face to face appointments.‘Mohsin’ is extremely rude and doesn’t even let you finish speaking before telling you you are interrupting him! He then began arguing with me saying no you did not say that. I am not calling to have a debate with a little child over the phone, just wanted an appointment for my 2 year old child. This is the second negative review in regards to him this past month - clearly needs some training. Have a little empathy and answer the phone politely - goes a long way in the job you are doing.

Disgraceful gp. They make up their mind before they even give a call back for the patient. Discrimates against people with disabilities and judges parenting. Avoid this gp at all costs. Some doctors are a joke and do not deserve to practice.

Shifa surgery has provided me with exemplary service on numerous occasions. From the receptionist to the doctor's, I have received utmost care and advice. Todays experience has forced me to leave feedback. The lady at the reception (Sidra) was warm and welcoming, she was helpful in explaining my blood results. The clinical pharmacist (Ruby) went to lengths to assess my medication and explain how they work. She was extremely accommodating and listened to me carefully. Ruby was very encouraging about self care, which motivated me to go and treat my self to an Indian head massage. I left the practice feeling extremely positive and look forward to my next appointment in three months. Thank you for all your care, patience and time.

The worst GP surgery and even worst Receptionist Sumaiyah Jassat. Rang up for an appointment in the morning with Dr Ahmed and was told by Sumaiya (receptionist)who is extremely rude, condescending and thinks that she owns that place that Dr Ahmed is on holiday and so you will have to wait for 2 weeks before he comes back from leave but to my astonishment only to find him walking around in the surgery that very same day as I had to bring my child for an appointment later on. They are habitual liars and just care about saving costs for themselves and not about patients lives.Disgraceful...
