Great place for bargains, staff are friendly and always happy to help.I have had some great stuff from them lately and will do again in the future I am sure.They have their own car park facing and bays to pull into to help load up.Sometimes the viewing room is up a few floors which is difficult as I am disabled but if you have a word, they will happily take you up in the elevator.Thanks TNM.Kevin

Usually have a good cross selection of item for sale. As with most auctions bargains can be found, depending upon interest of others, remember to allow for auction costs when bidding. Viewing now only on Mondays but catalogue can be viewed on line the weekend before the sale on the Tuesday. Would recommend attending viewing at sales room if planning bids on higher cost items, as many items look better in pictures than in real life.

If you have furniture to dispose of give it to charity, the British Heart Foundation or Foundations charity in Gateshead are very worthy causes. If you send it to auction you may well end up out of pocket as their charges are outrageous. I was quoted one price over the phone but the charges just rack up.

I have bought many lots from auction here.There is small wait when collecting goods, which is to be expected. Whenever I have had several or heavy items, one of the staff members always helps me to the car. Having their own dedicated car park is really useful. Apart from all that, the exterior building is stunning too. Love this place.

Really getting to like this place alot staff are helpful and friendly and we at the moment seem to be some nice little bargains well organised and of course the fees could be a little less hurtful but they are what they are grin and bare it to get your bargains at auctions

This place is relatively cheap so thats a massive bonus but its is a gamble which ill come to. Its easy to find, good parking, polite and prompt with items being already boxed or on a pallet- the lads there are spot on. They have bays you can park in if youve got a lot of stuff. Good auctioneers, professional outfit and happy to support a local business. However the downside of this place is stuff isnt inspected fully before being sold and the whole idea of buying online is so you arent doing multiple trips to the place to view especially when you live 30 mile away
