After an awful experience with another estate agent I was very anxious about having to move but I cannot fault the service I have received from Katie and Leah over the last few weeks. They have always been polite and friendly when I have spoken and contacted them and they have been prompt in their responses and actions, making my move smooth and stress free!

AVOID AVOID Disgusting Company. Rented me out a damp mouldy flat which they covered over with paint before I moved in so I couldn’t see it. I complained and chased MyPad for 7 months and they didn’t do anything to fix the issue. Staff could do with some training in customer service super rude and unprofessional! Owner of My Pad greedy does not care about tenants. My furniture is now all ruined and they would not even do anything to compensate towards this. PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT PROBLEMS! Had the worst year of my life because of MyPad.

Went to rats after covid. Now have left myself amd my partner along with a 1 year old baby without a lockable front door after waking someone up on the emergency line. Cannot wait for a change of estate agents.

They don't have a clue! Useless. A total waste of time. Sellers beware, this company is not even trying to sell your property. They don't respond to enquiries.

The staff at MyPad are polite and try their best to deal with queries.Katie Puckering works in the lettings department and has been most helpful in dealing with issues. This week in particular, I have needed a considerable amount of urgent information, which Katie has dealt with efficiently, courteously and professionally. Thank you.
