There is a gentleman with a beard who works on the standard counter who is always very friendly and very welcoming and seems to love his job. Well done. I am disappointed with the pharmacy. I walked in today with a clearly sore and infected eye. There were staff behind the pharmacy county but I was advised by them the pharmacy was closed until 11 am. No explanation was offered no suggestions/help about alternative local pharmacies/medication sold in the normal shop etc. I purchased an eye bath from the store but the array of dops and mists etc was overwhelming so I don't know if I purchased the correct product/wasted my money or made things worse.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was met with an incredibly rude, patronising member of staff so decided to do my shopping elsewhere and won’t be returning.

Good choice of product’s although on the pricey side. Other big retailers are cheaper. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfriendly and indifferent.

A nice planned out nicely. Has very friendly and helpful staff. It can be a bit messy sometimes when they are putting stock out but that's unavoidable in a way because it's aisles are quite narrow.

The young girl who served me (Tesni) was so informative and helpful. Very impressed. Service with a smile. Not a shop I use normally but I will definitely be using in future.

Now open for in-store shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly.Pharmacy does close for 1 hour lunch, when you're unable to buy items from the Pharmacy counter or collect prescriptions. (Pharmacist needs to be on site)Fully compliant with covid restrictions.

Absolute ridiculous service at the pharmacy, we was first in the queue and waited almost 20 minutes for the medication! Unbelievable.
