Angela is by far and away the best Pilates teacher I have had the good fortune to be taught by, in five years of practice. I have always found her classes an excellent mix of challenging and nourishing for my body - pushing me to develop while protecting me and helping keep me safe from harm, which has been vital for managing my injury. She is excellent at adapting all her exercises to all the different ailments and capabilities of her students, which she seems to amazingly remember all of! I’ve also found her unique (and often delightful!) descriptions the most helpful in learning and developing my Pilates. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, Angela’s classes are such fun, filled with her huge warmth and gentle humour. She embraces all her students with total kindness, attentiveness and encouragement. All this, together, has made her classes my one ‘must not miss’ weekly activity for over 3 years.

Angela is the best. She has single handedly fixed my many years of back pain. I am a Pilates convert thanks to her. Also she is a fabulous human being. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
