Transcendental Meditation Bristol - The Meditation Trust

I initially learnt TM 30 years ago and for a variety of reasons went 'off track' - but was guided back and happily re-did the training 7 years ago and haven't looked back.The local teacher Mike Sampey has been supportive and encouraging ever since; any questions I've had he's been able to answer and put into the right context with the life events that have come along to challenge me (and my practice!).The drop in group meditations have been invaluable in improving the quality of my meditation - and meeting other people feeds into the experience too.Really great - can't recommend this highly enough!

Mike was a great teacher and answered all my questions. The Meditation Trust are a compassionate authority on TM and want to help as many people as possible benefit from it.
