First class service. Jamie handled our initial enquiry fantastically well and advised us of all the various options over the phone. The fitters did a great job and my new carpet looks great. Overall, excellent value and service and I would highly recommend giving this company a call if you are looking for a new carpet.

Distinctive Flooring
We have used distinctive flooring previously, so knew they were very good.The team recently fitted herringbone coir throughout my upstairs, 4 bedrooms and landing. We had Darren, with 3 other fitters, it took a day to fit the majority, with just a couple of hours the following day to complete. Coir is not the easist flooring to fit and is a specialist material so needs to be done well.The team were polite, friendly and worked cleanly. The flooring looks fabulous I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Service and Products. We had floors Carpeted and laminate in halls and also all Windows had blinds made. We were amazed at the good price ; speedy and friendly service and good advice; and quality products used. They beat hands-down one of the large Nationals" we had used a few years back. We cannot recommend them enough."

Fab service and very professional fitting. Andy and the team were very helpful in making recommendations and even let us take some of the shop sample boards home to test. Mark then came to fit and did a very clean and tidy job given the awkward shape of our hallway.We will definitely get our other rooms done by these guys too!

Highly recommend this company. Great products, great customer service, good prices and very efficient and tidy fitting. If you need new carpets or flooring you needn't look anywhere else. The guys at distinctive flooring have been excellent to us. Recommended to us by somebody in the trade, which says allot.We have fitted out an entire house with them and they got it all fitted a couple of days before Christmas. A good selection of carpets, laminates and vinyl flooring is available with good knowledge by the sales team to help the selection process. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to everybody.Please give me a thumbs up if you found my review useful.

Very local to me. Not the cheapest but superb quality flooring, the staff were wonderful and put us at ease in choosing the flooring and even came out to check our measurements were correct and see if anything else was needed or not as the case may be. I've been given a fitting date so can't comment on that until later
