Had a lovely time visiting Santa in his grotto today. He spent plenty of time talking to our 4 year old, and he received a great toy. Our 4 month old enjoyed his first visit too!

3rd year visiting Santa in his Grotto at Scallywags and this was the best one yet. Santa & Mrs Claus were really great with my 2 very nervous girls, even got a smile :)Bonus of softplay after, plus decent food.Would recommend

Just been to see Santa and his elves with our little girl and it was amazing ! Santa was especially good with my daughter who was a little nervous at first. Great value for money and a lovely experience ! Well done and thank you

I have never experienced worse customer service. Kids were offered to eat by hands, without any forks. My coats been taken from chair and put simply on the dirty floor. Such a disrespectful behavior with customers. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.Maybe would be worth to check your cameras about 16.40 today why on earth did she do that? A girl with dark hair???And maybe ask your members why they want kids to eat by hands?

Amazing day with friends.The Grinch was Great, funny and ever so naughty. We had the bear package so we could pick a toy and stuff it for my son. We got to meet santa and his naughty elf, he was lovely, kind, didn't rush us and we took a few pictures too. Food and drink was nice. Plus the kids got to play in the soft play after we had finished with santa. Was a lovely day out for our son and friends.

Santa’s Grotto was amazing, Santa was fabulous, my little one loved it.The space can become overcrowded easily, as the play area is not big.

Very popular. A bit difficult to get a parking space and a bit difficult to get a table but really lovely play area, football area and baby/toddler play area. Best lunch we've had from a soft play centre and a good price.

My granddaughter absolutely loved it , 2 hours non stop running around, her little face was a picture of joy ,£3 for all that. bargain .it was quiet only about 20 kids in the play area, don't know what it's like when it's busy ,but will go again
