Emergency gas leak. First Call Home Services were super quick to respond. Fixed the leak in no time. I was incredibly pleased with the work that I asked if they could service my boiler and install some new basin taps. It wasn’t an issue and did all the work for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend!

Recently bought a new home and I was renovating, totally forgot that the radiators needed removing and I had the plaster starting in 30 minutes. I rang firstcall and told them the situation and Anzar came within 15 minutes and removed all my radiators at a very reasonable cost.I then wanted to go more ECO and gave Firstcall a ring back to move my boiler from the utility room into my outer house. Anzar installed a megaflow system and connected it all up via the hive system.I have uploaded the megaflow system pictures as his work was very tidy.I would definitely recommend firstcall for any plumbing or servicing requirements.

Our boiler needed replacing. After the first call they arrived quickly to have a look and in a couple of days a new boiler was installed. Communication throughout was fantastic, the engineers explained all the steps and now we have a toasty warm home. Highly recommended and thank you very much for your work :)

Excellent service from First Call Home Services. Needed a kitchen tap installing as old one had developed a leak. Responded immediately, replaced with new mixer and had us back up and running in no time.Great price & brilliant service.Would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Excellent service provided by these guys! My boiler broke down this winter and Anzar was very prompt and came several hours after I called them. With a very competitive price he installed a brand new boiler the very next day so couldn't be happier. Very friendly, knowledgeable and good quality install. We had excellent service for an initial diagnostic to see if our boiler could be repaired. Very quick call out time (within the hour) and superb and friendly service. We needed a new boiler so were provided with several options and costs and the installation was done the following day. Great professional and friendly team, a pleasure to deal with! I've had two encounters with First Call Home Services, and both experiences have left me thoroughly disappointed.First Encounter:My initial interaction with the company was due to an issue with my hot water. After a brief phone call, they sent a technician, whom I believe was named Shaikh, to assess the problem. He arrived promptly, however, his visit took an unexpected turn when he spent an excessive amount of time criticising the previous plumbing work in my house. Obviously this is not what I had paid him for, my house is not a new build so I am well aware that there is room for improvement. After a an examination of my boiler, he concluded that I needed a new one, he spent all of 15 mins in my home. To my surprise, I managed to resolve the issue on my own by reading the combi boiler manual and simply turning on 'comfort mode', and changing the heating schedule from 'off' to 'auto'.Second Encounter:On the 28th of September, I encountered another plumbing issue, this time with the upstairs shower leaking into downstairs kitchen. Desperate and in need of immediate assistance, I first attempted to contact multiple local plumbers listed on the first three pages of Google. Unfortunately, most either declined the job or offered appointments for the following week, leaving me in a bind. Feeling desperate, I reluctantly contacted First Call Home Services as a last resort.Shaikh quoted £125 for a callout, a 92% increase from the previous visit, citing inflation and van costs as justification. Anyway, it's a free market and my options were limited, so I reluctantly accepted their services. Shaikh and another plumber who I'll call Bob" arrived
