Cinders Prom and Party dress Liverpool

Booked a VIP appointment for my daughters prom dress shopping.Absolutely amazing from start to finish.On arrival we were greeted by Nettie with a bottle of Prosecco for us.We looked around the shop at the many wonderful dresses. Nettie then chatted to my daughter about the styles and colours of dresses she liked.Nettie straight away new what would suit my daughter and picked out lots of styles for her to try.All the dresses were gorgeous and my daughter found the prom dress of her dreams.Would highly recommend booking this service as we were made to feel so special, especially my daughter.

I was so nervous about going to my 1 on 1 appointment with cinders especially as a plus size girl, I was scared nothing would fit me and I wouldn't get a dress in time for graduation but I did! I need alterations but they put me in contact with a lady who is going to do my adjustments on short notice.Debbie was rushed off her feet as she was in the shop alone due to unforseen circumstances but she was so lovely and helpful. She made me feel right at home and made it fun so I didn't mind waiting, especially since she had such a sweet dog!I'll definitely be shopping with cinders again when I need a pretty dress and I'll be looking out for job listings haha

Amazing experience today at Cinders with my daughter and granddaughter Prom dress shopping!! Debbie led us to the VIP room with it's luxurious interior. She was so helpful, attentive and patient. I had the absolute best experience. From start to finish Debbie was amazing. Made me feel like a princess. She wasn't pushy into buying a dress and really gave a her honest opinion which I appreciate. She made my experience what it was. Whole place is stunning as is the wide selection of dress. Two years in a row my daughters found their dream dress in this shop. Even if your daughter doesn’t have an idea for the dress, Debbie and the team is what you need. They can read teenagers minds. Amazing work xx Thank you again

Highly recommend Cinders. We rang after being turned away from another dress shop as it was appointment only. These lovely ladies fitted us in the same day and were extremely welcoming. We had already spent 4 hours in a different dress shop that morning and couldn’t find anything that our teen felt confident in. Deb and Netty spent a long time listening to what she wanted, advising her on styles and colours that suited her and really making her feel good in her own skin. She chose a dress completely different to what she originally had in mind as that wasn’t working for her. She came away absolutely thrilled with her dress, the whole experience with Cinders was outstanding as it was so tailored and personal. Completely opposite to the experience we had received earlier in the day from a larger store where we were mostly left to ourselves with no input or advice from staff unless they were trying to push a sale. You will not be disappointed in these ladies. We were not expecting to walk away with a dress on the first day of looking. They are like little fairy godmothers ☺️

It's the only place I know for a prom dress, but even so... daughter was treated like a princess from the moment we entered. Asked our budget and had a range of dresses. We must have tried 15 or 20 before we found 'the one'. They had all sorts of styles in every colour. Flexible payments... I did 3 installments. Perfect service from beginning to end!

Difficult to put into words how wonderful and life affirming the experience was at Cinders. My daughter arrived extremely anxious and struggling with her own body image. Debbie and the team were immediately welcoming and just got it, without the need to explain hidden challenges. My daughter was able to overcome come so many barriers in the space of a few minutes. The delight on her face when she came out with the first dress on will live with me forever. She went on to try a number of dresses and was helped to feel beautiful and proud of herself and her body. Her confidence beemed. She was able to choose her perfect dress, and she was so thrilled. I could not recommend them highly enough for their range of dresses, expertise, and genuine kindness. Outstanding experience!

Fabulous experience buying my daughters prom dress. From the minute we walked into the shop, everyone was so welcoming. Bernie was fantastic with my daughter talking to her about all the different dresses and giving fantastic advice. Having the 1-1 definitely helped make the whole experience stress free and enjoyable.
