I contacted Good Oaks Wimbledon as a close friend of mine was receiving poor care from another care provider. Good Oaks were professional and showed integrity in their approach from the first call, and have since been managing her care and the difference is incredible. My friend is so much happier and is showing huge improvements in her own health. I highly recommend Good Oaks Wimbledon to anyone looking for care.

Best careers anywhere! My dad was with another care agency previously, but due to ongoing issues we decided to look for other providers. Good Oaks stepped in and managed the whole process amazingly, from the very first call through to the now daily visits. They visit my mum 3 times a week to provide general care and companionship, and she absolutely loves her carer so now we're looking to increase the number of visits. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Good Oaks, I don't know how I would have coped without them caring for my wife. They are always professional and above all caring. The team work really well together as a unit, I know I can absolutely depend on them and they are always there when I’ve needed it most.

They’ve accommodated our needs and changing situation, including visiting and assessing in hospital. The carers seem to enjoy what they do, which shows through in their service. Working for Good Oaks Wimbledon & Kingston branch has been an absolute pleasure.The office team works so hard to provide such excellent service to the clients, ongoing support to staffs, training, communication, and dedication to the staff. As a carer, I am then able to provide care in a person centred way to our clients. We have a lovely team of carers and an amazing communication channel, where we drop all our feedback, concerns, advice, handovers, and everything relating to communication, for the best outcome for our clients. An excellent experience, from the initial liaison with Sujina, (who couldn't have been more empathetic, particularly in the way she communicated with our dad), to the outstanding quality of our respite carer, Christine. The training at Good Oaks is clearly to a very high standard, and given the chance we will definitely be taking them on again.
