Quoted and came out next day to clean the Solar Panels on my roof.Great care taken to remove all contaminants from glass and frames.Excellent job done, panels now producing as they should be.

I can't recommend Lee at OCS enough. I called about 5 different window cleaning companies, no one answered or called me back. One company did with an extortionate quote. I called Lee at OCS, he answered the phone, was so friendly, he sent me a quote instantly (an incredibly reasonable quote) and was able to come the next week. He came and did the most thorough job and really took his time. Windows look sparkling. It was booked as a one off but we will be regular with OCS due to such a wonderful service. Thank you OCS. A Brilliant Job!I’ve been pressure washing my Indian stone patio for years, I realise now that I’ve been wasting my time. Lee did a fabulous job! He even managed to remove all the little spots and stains of algae and lichen too! It now looks as good as it did on day one. He also did the conservatory, the solar panels, the windows and the coping stones on a retaining wall. Impressive as that is, he also did the roof. Not just a pressure wash, but he actually manually brushed and scraped the entire surface to clear the lichens and the moss. When moss grows under and between the tiles / slates, it causes them to lift opening up leaks and cracks. What a work ethic, what a work rate and what a worker! Lee was reliable and arrived when he said he would every day. He even moved all the patio furniture, plant pots, bins and barbecue, then put them all back when he’d finished. Oh! I nearly forgot he did the gutters (cleaned and emptied) soffits, fascias and garage doors too. I don’t normally like to pay someone to do jobs I can do myself, but I am so glad I paid OCS this time. Lee has saved me weeks of work that I’ve neglected for ages and the house looks renewed. I have no hesitation recommending OCS, and I will willingly having him back next time anything needs doing. A superb job and fantastic value for money!

I used this company to clean up on a newbuild property. They did the pressure washingof all the new patio which was very dirty cameup sparkling. And cleaned the windows insideand out. Great job will use them again.

Lee at OCS did a great job cleaning my windows today, he cleaned all the frames and sills and the windows look sparkling.He turned up at the agreed time and even sent out a reminder text the night before.Very reasonable price and a professional service.I’ve booked him in for a regular monthly clean and also a gutter cleaning service.I would definitely recommend lee at ocs as he did such a great job today.
