Web Blinds

We had 5 vertical blinds made of different sizes from ordering to delivery and all went smoothly.Delivery was really quick and delivery states was sent by email and you get a tracking number to follow your order.Packaging was good on arrival everything was intact.Hanging the blinds was really easy instructions enclosed also a video on web blinds site showing you how to measure your blinds easy to understand.Ordering your blind is so easy on web blinds web site.This is the second order we've made with web blinds and most certainly would use again and have reckon them to other people.

First off we ordered some free samples and these were delivered very quickly. We picked what we wanted, ordered online and approximately 3 to 4 weeks later the blinds arrived. Under the circumstances I thought this was a reasonable delivery time.The blinds came with instructions and fixings and took no time to fit.And they look great, we’re very happy with them.This is our second time using web-blinds and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I got helpful advice on how to measure a bay window. I got what I ordered. They were easy to install and they look great. Massively cheaper than other blind retailers.

Ordered a long expensive blind and got a damaged one - bent and useless (s photo attached). Delivery was not on time and nobody calls you in advance but gave 8h (whole day) slot for you to take day off and wait for the delivery. Won't use them again.

Firstly :The blinds were made exactly to my requirements. They are now hanging up and are doing the job I bought them for. The blinds look very good, both inside the house and from outside.They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time.The installation was straightforward.Secondly: Personally I don't particularly like the wand operated mechanism that came with the blinds, however so far we have had NO problem with the mechanism and I am not worried about this. We are very happy with the use of the blinds.Lastly: These are very good value for money.

Ordered my blinds. Was informed 2 weeks later they were dispatched. After 3 weeks I called to ask where they were. I was told the material is out of stock and I will have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Now I have had to cancel my blinds for a refund. I asked why I had emails and the account online said dispatched but they only apologised with no explanation. Absolute joke of a company. This is the second and last time I ever use them. My first order around a year ago they sent the blinds missing many parts which I had to wait again for, for some windows they only sent rails and no material. I only ordered again to match the rest of the house. They have refunded me now and they don’t really care about how I feel I am just another number to them. The first set of blinds have bleached themselves in the sun during only one summer. They have white patches all over the grey.

I've ordered perfect fit blinds from a few different company's over the last few years. I found web-blinds to be the best fit and best value so recently placed a large order for some more. Unfortunately when they arrived quite a few had defects, these blinds were not to the standard I expected or received previously. However shortly after contacting their customer service team, I received a phone call from them to sort out the issues. I have to say that I received excellent customer service and the problem was quickly resolved to more than an acceptable level. Very happy and will definitely use again

If I could give zero stars, I would.The order takes a long time to get dispatched and the delivery is even longer. They use UPS who are notoriously bad for delivering goods on time.My delivery has been delayed and returned to depot everyday for over week now.I have lost hope on it arriving any day soon.I have asked for refund and will tale my custom elsewhere.Please read other low star reviews, they say the same thing.Please avoid.

Very impressed with quality and the price. Instructions for ceiling fitting were poor and oddly you had to log into web site to get the instructions rather than a print out included with the blinds. Very satisfied with curtains though.

Excellent quality blinds with plenty of choice. The order was slower than usual due to Covid and fewer staff, I believe. Having said that, it was still only 3 weeks from order date.We went for the perfect fit blackout blinds. Well made and easy to install, installation instructions are on the web, saves paper, and easy to follow. They are really good, the only issue that I have is that whilst the fabric is completely light proof, light seeps around the edge of the blind slightly. If it wasn't for a blackout roller blind in front of the new blind I'd be awake at 4am in summer. I have overcome this by sticking a self adhesive foam strip down both sides and to ensure that almost no light can get through. The reason for it? well maybe my measurements aren't accurate enough, although I'm used to measuring and making things accurately, or maybe the manufacturing tolerances are a little too wide.We have had blinds from them previously and needed a spare part for some 5 year old blinds 2 months ago, they were brilliant, helped me out and sent me the part free of charge. Definitely recommend them.
