Just had the most amazing experience with Laura at the St Albans store. Went in with my mum to choose a diffuser and she spent about 50 minutes with us and ended up giving us both a hand massage and talking us through the products and different scents. It was such a gorgeous and unexpected experience - thank you so much Laura - we can’t wait to come back and buy more of the bits you used on us!

Went to the St Albans store today for the first time having bought Jo Malone perfume and diffusers many times elsewhere. I was keen to try a new fragrance and the customer service I received from George was nothing short of exceptional. He demonstrated a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach, listening to what I was looking for and showing various options which I found very helpful. He is an absolute credit to your team!

I went in to grab a gift for my mum for Mother’s Day and I was served by Leah and George who were absolutely great! They were attentive and brilliant at providing recommendations as I wasn’t too sure what scent to select. I will definitely be returning when I need a gift or even treat for myself. Thank you guys!

I came into the St. Albans jo malone store 2 weeks ago today and the customer service I received from George blew me away. I was looking for my wedding day fragrance. I found George to be so engaging, passionate, helpful, professional and really knew each fragrance inside and out . I ended up being there for over an hour and a half. George wanted to make sure that the fragrance I selected was perfect for me and that I was happy. You are very lucky to have him working in your branch, I can tell he is so passionate about his work and just wants to deliver the best than he can and he really does do this effortlessly. A breath of fresh air and can’t thank him enough. Thank you!!

Had a brilliant experience at Jo Malone St Albans today. Customer service from Aysha was amazing, she spent ages with me going through different scents and products. Highly recommend for a really friendly, relaxing experience with beautiful products.

I went in to Jo Malone today to purchase a fragrance for my husband for our 8 year anniversary. I found George to provide the most incredible customer service that I have ever experienced. He was friendly, passionate and extremely caring. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in my life and the reason for my purchase. He took the time out to gift wrap exactly as I wanted. He didn’t rush me and was patient and warm and definitely knew his stuff. Thank you George. I look forward to purchasing more from this store going forward and maybe even see you down The Artichoke sometime !

Usually attentive staff who are knowledgeable of range. However the experience today was far from satisfactory. Approached by a very arrogant male who when we asked if the member of staff who served us before was in was told abruptly no and that he was the manager. When we had picked what we wanted his attitude was disgusting mentioned that not happy with the way he served us. His response left me gobsmacked you can always leave it and come back when someone else can serve you"."

Popped in on a Sunday with my partner to get a Xmas present for her. George was awesome! He was full of knowledge, chatty and really helpful with Jennys purchase! Highly recommend this shop and try to get in when George is there as he will make your visit memorable!

I had such a lovely time today shopping at the Jo Malone store in St Albans. Ayshen was so lovely, attentive and knowledgeable about the different fragrances. She helped me try out several different scents until we found the right one for me and made the whole experience very personal. I will certainly be returning again.
