Excellent engineer, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and very polite. Arrived early work was to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. Charges are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend and definitely use again when needed.

Called out as washing machine was playing up. Got an appointment quickly, after some investigation and discussion we decided it wasn't worth repairing but I got some advice about what to buy! Lovely chap, would definitely use again.

Replaced part in condenser dryer.I found the whole experience very easy and friendly. Work was arranged via phone and text which I found very convenient. It took two quick visits to the house to address the issue; one to diagnose and one to replace the part. Quick and knowledgeable. Super friendly at all levels. Reasonable prices. Would absolutely use again.
