Great kitchen, great service. The Belvoir Interiors team looked after us from start to finish and delivered a wonderful luxury kitchen. It’s been a fantastic upgrade to our house. V pleased with their work!

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. It is a traditional farmhouse kitchen made up of unfitted units and free standing furniture. We wanted to retain the rustic style and blend it with a more contemporary design. At our initial appointment with Sam he fully took on board our requirements such that the end result is exactly what we wanted. Sam and his team provided a personal service delivered with efficiency and care.

My wife and I are delighted with our kitchen. We left the design to Belvoir Interiors and were very impressed with their proposal. Had the kitchen a few years now and still looks great. Thank you Belvoir Interiors!

Great quality products with a very professional team. Was let down years ago by a big nationwide firm so was initially nervous about investing in a new kitchen again but Sam talked me through my options and put my wife and I at ease. The finished product has definitely added value to the house. Great to support a truly local business.

What a great company! Very excited about our new kitchen and the process was very smooth from start to finish. Sam walked us through the design and suggested appliances we could have that fit into our budget. He also added some great design features (including the splash-backs) that we would never have otherwise had the creativity to come up with! Love the kitchen and we get so many complements on it. What once felt like a very basic and small kitchen feels a very special place to get cooking now!

Sam was very helpful and full of good ideas for our new kitchen. He listened to what we wanted and was always there to give advice and support. The finish of the cabinets is of a very high standard and the resulting kitchen has achieved the right blend of old and new we were looking for - can’t thank Sam and his team enough.

Has to be the worst customer service business ever. Belvoir Interiors taken to small claims court over issues concerning the completion of our kitchen, namely the appalling paint work (they were asked for a hand-painted kitchen which they said they could supply) and the positioning of a microwave grill (against requests that it was placed lower to enable easy and safe access). It also transpired in the installation instructions that this appliance should not have been installed behind doors which is where this appliance was placed, the designer should have been aware of this. All our claims against them were upheld by the Judge which speaks volumes no matter what they may claim in their defence. Despite this we will still be well out of pocket to complete the work they could not do or were willing to do efficiently - no trust with them whatsoever. In addition 18 months after installation still finding further issues that they refuse to rectify, ie supplying a hob without the charged for filtration system on the quote. They fitted an exhaust only extractor and not a re-circulating system (addition of charcoal filter). This means odours from cooking re-enter the kitchen space and pan drawers below the hob. As a result numerous phone calls have been made to try and find a supplier for said filters! The fridge/freezer 'leans back' into the housing - this appliance needs to be removed and as yet have no idea what we might find as to why it leans back. You might not necessarily get the appliances that have been discussed and quoted for.Unprofessional. The paintwork speaks for itself from the sample of photos below. The blue paint 18 months later still comes off onto cloth when cleaning (using no chemicals), because the correct preparation was never done. There are drips, smudges, over-paint etc. Very clear that painter employed had not got the skill set required for this particular work, cost cuttiing? Below is just a sample of their work we were left with after three attempts to paint. Unnecessary plinth joints are throughout the installation. Gable end board of a dresser is not fitted true and square.Be very careful if choosing them that you read the small print very very carefully - that is if you receive a contract in the first place. They do not answer emails and hang up with phone calls! How childish and arrogant. Spending £45,000 on a bespoke high-end kitchen you expect quality in every aspect from design to completion to rectifying problems efficiently and with full concern to customer. Belvoir Interiors have certainly had an awful lot of positive' reviews this last month

Installed our kitchen in 2017, looks as good today as the day it was installed.Professional, helpful, and recommended.
