Richard, the store manager was not welcoming and for both visits did not make any attempt to engage with us.

I had my car in for a health check - they check the whole vehicle and send you a video of the full check for total transparency and then provide you with a detailed list of faults that were found and recommendations, and provide you with a full quote for repairs.Highly recommend!

Richard and Jakub were amazing and bent over backwards for me after I had a traumatic drive from Brighton to Banbury. Bought a vehicle for my grandfather and admittedly there was some delivery issues initially and had very few updates because of it. However, i managed to speak to a really experienced, attentive, understanding and caring sales representative called Richard. After I told him of our issues he managed to go out of his way to make sure we had constant updates and managed to give me a exact delivery date of the vehicle aswell as an accurate time slot on when it was being delivered. Me and my grandfather are very happy with the vehicle and the care and aftercare showed by Richard. Richard is not only an extremely valuable member of Evans Halshaw Banbury but a valuable member of the motor trade itself. I have rarely come across someone to care and be as attentive as him. Not afraid to give us some disappointing news but also had plans on how to rectify any issues caused by outside issues. Richard you truly have made my experience worthwhile and made something that was turning frustrating into an easy and enjoyable transaction. DO Not waste your time trying to sell your car to this company, was offered £6475 for my 18 plate Fiesta online, attended the appointment today with all the correct documentation, the representative looked around the car and took it for a test drive and was happy with everything. Mileage was as i stated, service history etc. I was then told the valuation was down to £5800, for no reason, I was told this happens a lot by the representative. So to sum up they offer a price to get you down there, then drop it hoping you will just sell it anyway.

The “service team” have done a great job on my vehicle. Excellent customer service from drop off to pick up. Good communication throughout.
