Ashley fitted bird netting to my double carport. He's friendly, professional, knows his stuff, thorough and tidy. Worked very hard and did an excellent job - the end result looks great. Can thoroughly recommend.

Helliar Pest Control were brilliant from start to finish. From the initial call to Ashley to our three visits by Gavin, their professionalism and courteous manner were exceptional. They dealt with our problem and kept us informed throughout the treatment. Would thoroughly recommend them. Make them your first call!

Paid over £200 for 3 quick visits. They identified a problem and left various bait stations. I thought for the money, they would help us to discourage the rodents coming in, but we were told there was nothing we could do as we live in a terraced house. Next door neighbours had a different company visit 3 times (for £118) my husband got chatting to them- this company pulled up drainage covers for us- identified rat runs in our garden, came in and left foil out at various places so that we can check for movement. All FOR FREE!!!! He was chatting for over half an hour explaining how we could deter the rats and made really helpful suggestions- FOR FREE!!! This other company did more for us than Helliar who charged us over £200 for putting a bit of bait out. I would not use Helliar again- I don’t feel it was value for money- I did think for the price- they would inspect the outside of our house and help make it more secure against rodents but they were not interested at all.

We had just moved to our new home and heard something in the roof space during the night.I called Ashley and he sent a member of his team within 48 hours. Ross arrived promptly and was professional from the moment he parked his van. He respected all the correct distancing, Covid regulations and protocol.Ross was very reassuring and fed back all his findings. His advice was clear and non alarmists to someone like myself who has a fobia to rodents.We would recommend Helliar Pest Control without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Helliar Pest Control enough - had another company try to resolve the issue with rats in my garden and they were absolutely useless. I experienced very good service from Helliar Pest Control. I had a problem with seagulls nesting on the roof and not only did Ash respond to my initial enquiry promptly he arranged for spikes to be installed within a week. The work was carried out very efficiently and cleanly. I would recommend this firm.

A very professional company. They arrived on time and dealt with the wasp nest. They had to return a few days later to remove the nest. Once again on time nothing was too much trouble they were friendly and approachable and gave me some good tips on how to prevent pests. They left the area where they had been working nice and tidy. I would recommend this company.
