When we discovered a leak in our roof with water coming into our daughter’s room, James and his team made the repair a priority. They went over and above to ensure the whole roof was safe and secure for a fair price. James and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. James visited my property the day after I contacted them, inspected my roof very thoroughly and gave me a paper quote. When the works commenced on the agreed date, James and his son would give me periodic updates on the progress. Turns out my roof and mortar pointing was worse than we thought after we uncovered a few hidden issues, but James offered to repair it, without pressure, for a very fair price and high quality. Other issues he found along the way he didn't even charge me.Great team with a very high standard and fair prices. Will definitely do business with them again and it was a pleasure having all of you around.When I shared with James I plan to start DIYing with lime plaster, James even gifted me with some starter materials and gave me very valuable tips!
