What an amazing treatment I had today, I never leave reviews but I had to as my first acupuncture treatment was amazing! Can’t wait to see the lovely grace again next week.

After receiving acupuncture treatment on a regular basis for the osteoarthritis in feet ankles and hands the severe aches and pain have reduced considerably. Also massage to my neck and shoulders are soothing the ankylosing spondylitis in my neck and shoulders.Grace is very efficient and professional . Very relaxing treatment .Highly recommended by myself.

I first had an appointment with Grace a couple of weeks ago having been in agony with a very painful elbow. I was literally at my wits end. She was so calm, gentle and above all professional. She talked me through the whole process and only when I was fully relaxed, did she start the treatment. I felt like she had all the time in the world for me. I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the treatment. She also recognised that perhaps I was rather stressed (spot on) and treated me for that too. I was literally amazed that throughout the course of the following week, my elbow improved beyond all belief and almost more astonishing, my anxiety decreased, my sense of well-being improved and my sleep has never been better. I am so thankful that I went to see Grace and cannot recommend her highly enough.
