Amazing service from Tom, havng not driven for almost 10 years he was very understanding of my nerves before my test drive, which was simple to book over the phone.Tom explained everything clearly and the whole process was simple.Tom even went so far as to drive to my address (after I had given a wrong digit on my mobile number and missed a letter on my email address) to inform me my car had arrived and was ready for collection in 4 days.On collection of the car Tom ran through all its main features again and was again understanding of my nerves.Can't recommend Hendys highly enough, by the end of the process Tom felt more like a friend than a salesman.

Would highly recommend Hendy at Brighton. We are retired and were dreading the whole process of replacing our car. However Chris was so very professional and patient with us and made the whole experience really pleasant as we chatted with a coffee and no pressure was put on us at any time. Everything was fully explained to us and Chris volunteered to print off all our paperwork due to my poor eyesight in order that I could read it easily.The Manager Dan even came over to introduce himself and to check that we were happy before we left with our new car. The car we chose was presented in very good order for a second hand car and it was even better than we had expected for the money. Thank you so much Chris and Dan we are so happy.

My partner and I recently brought a new car from Hendy (SEAT) and had the best buying experience, would highly recommend. We popped in just to have a look initially and were greeted by the lovely Kevin who ran through our options and understood we would need to wait a few weeks until we could buy. Kevin kept in touch but not in a pushy typical salesman way, rather in a respectful way and listening to our needs and decisions with no arguments and again no pushy sales tactics. When the time came we booked in for a test drive, ran through options for additional extras and we got the deal done swiftly. Kevin helped with getting as quick a turn around as possible for us to collect the car and we walked away very happy! Not to mention the addition of a small birthday present as we picked the car up on my birthday. Very lovely and Kevin is a credit to the team at Hendy! We will definitely consider buying from here again in the future when the time comes.

Had my car serviced here recently, booked a 10:00 appointment with the call centre to be told upon arrival that I needed to leave the car all day, as the appointment was 9:30-17:30 which it wasn’t, turned out there was other things that needed doing which I didn’t know about, the sales team sorted me out a car so that I could continue to work, picked the car up and realised 2 days later that my dash cam has been unplugged, and the bracket has come unstuck from the windscreen, not only that but it may have affected my insurance as dash cam is specified on the safety features.Terrible service, won’t be bringing the car back here again :(

I recently bought a Seat Arona here through Thomas. I had a really good experience, from the test drive to the sales process everything felt pretty easy and straightforward. Thomas was very friendly, no pushy tactics, and took his time to explain everything to me about the car. Great experience :)

Completely unsatisfactory service.No help in understanding the warranty contract I had.Charged me for things I thought I had cover for then couldn’t give me a detailed explanation as to why.Labour and parts prices completely unreasonable.Read the small print.

Very good at selling cars, terrible with after sales service. Always a problem getting the simplest things done like getting an estimate for a service or even getting them to answer the phone. I dread having to contact them.
