Luxe bespoke hair

I needed a quick trim, the staff on the desk were friendly and able to accommodate me on short notice but my stylist wasn't very talkative. Nice facility although could do with turning the heating up a bit.

Well i had my first visit to Tony &Guy today , my visit was amazing. My appointment was with Victoria and i wasn't disappointed. My restyle was stunning and i love it. All the staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome. I have already made my appointment for my next visit and can highly recommend a visit to anyone.

With respect. At the age of 24, vinnie gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I came in at 5pm. In time for my cut at 5:15. I sat down at 5:30 and left by 5:50. Very nice person. However, the haircut resembled a scarecrow or a monster from a horror movie. I had a literal bowel cut. I write this to say BEWARE. I showed pictures and verbally communicated and was assured. Vinnie proceeded to do his own thing and even excessively used the thinning scissors when I asked kindly if he would not use them. A complete write off. I went straight to tesco, bought some clippers and am now walking round with a skin head. So thank you Toni and guy (Vinnie)I have been respectful and factual of my visit. This should not be taken down. If I have to re write I will re post with pictures. I still can’t believe I was charged £42. Thank you for a unforgettable experience

I really enjoy going here because they always make a great job of my hair and they provide such a friendly laid back service

It was my first time , at first there were some hiccups in the appointment but in the end shereen did really good job by understanding my colour and giving me the exact what I wanted .

It was my first time going to Toni and Guy. The staff are very friendly and professional. Vinnie has done a fantastic job with my curly hair. I love the length and how it is styled. He went through step by step with me on how I can care for my curls at home. To the staff at at Toni and Guy, especially to Vinnie thank you.I will definitely coming back again

Had an appointment on the 22nd of May with Emma, all I requested is to refresh my current hairstyle ( cut ends, refresh layers) well unfortunately to me she decided differently I end up with a different style than I had and then I said I didn't like it she got visually irritated.

Not very happy to have paid what I paid and dye is applied this poorly. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt & had a second appointment. I raised the issue in good faith & I was told that it was my hairs fault, & the same happened again. For such a well recognised name as Toni & Guy I’d have expected better professional application. I’ve never had this issue at any other salons or even when applying a box dye at home. It was even on my eyebrow! Had to re-wash and scrub all my head when I got home, what a waste of my money. A real shame as cut & styling were ok.
