Quick, efficient and friendly recovery of our stranded vehicle during storm Babet. Would highly recommend!

Flat car battery parked outside house. Thought I was with green flag (but I didn’t renew … oopsie). Phoned up and very friendly and efficient and a worker care out and car was fixed within 1.5hrs of calling. Great service from the worker and would completely recommends (very reasonable pricing too).

Received a phone call before the driver set off, to ensure any GPS alerts were just my car being returned back to me. Very pleasant drive and car returned in good order. Thank you.

What lovely staff. Obviously we had broken down reason why we had to use their services. First recovery truck that was sent out to rescue us wasn't big enough for our car. (this wasn't Mount Pleasant fault) so they immediately sent out a bigger truck to do the job. Driving was amazing. Such a gentleman. He even took us home after dropping our car at my mechanic. Great service and thanks again. Recovery job was done on Sunday 10 December 2023 at 17.06 from Rotherham to Conisbrough.

Arranged a recovery with mount pleasant. I must say nothing pleasant about this shower, they kept me waiting over 5 hours to be recovered, the driver had imaginery conversation with me, when he did arrive he got into the car with the towing eye hanging out of his pocket, and proceeded to put a scratch down to the metal on the door frame and ripped about 8 inches out of the door seal. The response from a loud mouthed woman is that's old damage, not surprised at all avoid this shower at all codt

My wife was transported ( Late on Saturday night ), by James to her local garage .My wife could not speak highly enough about this young man’s professionalism , reassuring manner and pleasant “Can-Do” attitude . A great asset and credit to this company .
