Poor service considering I supplied the write up and photos during covid. Many houses selling yet no feedback or support for the silence on our property. I don't know whether there was interested parties or not, not even any advice to help promote the property. Even out of lockdown there was nothing. No offer to even take decent outside photos. Contacted them via email to no reply. When I phoned to take off the market there was no offer to aid or promote... still not had a response to them emails. I may sound bitter but I want someone to show some positivity when they are my selected property agent and wanting a grand for absolute minimum graft.

Peter was very helpful .was disappointed sale of my house fell through 3 months in and buyers trying to renegotiate on house that is over 100 years old (not new.). But that wasn't the agents fault guys in the office very helpful as well.

The valuation was 100% realistic and we were happy to accept an offer which was fairly close to the asking price.
