Never have what you need in stock for a prescription, I was told today there was a problem with the ‘weather ‘ after waiting two days for things they ‘ordered’ it’s like the dog ate my homework excuse ! Shambles of a place won’t be using again please don’t waste your time , getting medication you need is important and the fact this place doesn’t get that or take responsibility have decent wait times or any form of communication makes me not trust them one bit , …..

Not even worth 1 star. Customer service has hit rock bottom for prescriptions. Not ready for collection after a week and always queue and then can you wait, then Not the item on your prescriptions but similar.

Have my repeat prescription with this chemist and it’s some times hit and miss so have to check the bag they hand me in the shop to ensure they are correct (no trust in there competence). the newest mistake was I needed my heart medication as I was going on holiday and they did not have it in stock which is fine it happens so they have me my prescription to collect elsewhere how ever they did not release it on the system so now I have to go on holiday with out and heart medication so have informed my solicitor that if any thing happens while am away to help my family take legal action. Angry is not even close to how I feel.

Ordered repeat prescription told the chemist it's incomplete they informed me that another one was in store awaiting collection service is abismal and the waiting time totally unacceptable, there are that many packets laying around on the floor awaiting collection it is a safety hazard New owners appear disinterested

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They don't ever seem to know what's going on or have any understanding of what medications actually need paying for, and will just charge you for whatever. They never seem to have the medication you need in stock and take days and days to get anything ordered in. Totally bizarre experience and I hope to never have to get any medication from there again!

The incompetence and lack of attention to detail is flabbergasting. Prescriptions are never ready when they promise and they are often wrong. Only advice check before you leave.

Have used this pharmacy for years for my repeat prescriptions but for the past year it has become a shambles. It doesn't matter if you give them 2 days or 10 days time to sort your prescription, it is never ready and the items are never in stock. I've been left on multiple occasions without my medication, which can cause some serious side effects. I also had one of the pharmacist's tell me you cannot suddenly stop taking this medication" - which I was very aware of and why I gave them 6 days to get it ready! I've been left running around to different pharmacies trying to get my prescription filled too many times. I've now changed pharmacies and won't be coming back here."

They used to be excellent with minimal waiting times. I found the staff great to deal with. New chapter opened following recent buy out. It is now a disgrace with people queuing out the door to collect their meds. I gave them time to get their house in order. If anything the mismanagement has been compounded. Get your act together and all of us who have abandoned this ‘business’ will come back.

Really, really poor. And not a one off judging from the other poor waiters. They are so disorganized they will fob you off to come back late, gauranteed. AVOID!

Terrible , always seem to have a habit of loosing your prescription, telling you to come the next day to collect and they still don't have it , change pharmacy if you can
