Rented me a house with a rotting floorboard I was made aware that the floor would collapse. I let them know it took them 2 weeks to get it “fixed”. The walls and floor was still left exposed by the end. They said they would send someone out but never did.

Everyone we have dealt with at Signature were disingenuous and just wanted a 'quick buck' for sales targets...we could have been a tin of beans from tesco for all Signature cared. Well now you've had your 'quick buck' from a withdrawal fee.When we wrote to them with our concerns we never received any sort of apology or acceptance that they were wrong or things just didn't come together, just another unprofessional email - I can evidence my whole short experience.I wrote this review to caution others when making a huge decision about their home and life investment in another property.
