Internet and getting through to customer service was good and fast. However, I recently changed providers never received the returns label for the modem, called 5/6 times and nothing received, so I returned it myself registered mail cost me €10, and now I received a bill for €105 for unreturned modem". Absoloute joke how incompetent are these people."

It was fantastic when we got it a couple of years ago but it has become incredibly and increasingly unreliable over the last few months. Will shortly be moving to Virgin instead.

Atrocious back up service and attitude. Currently in day five of no broadband and counting. Several calls trying to resolve, hours wasted. Unable to work for this period but they seem content to hide behind their outsource service provider level of 5 working days. Potential buyer beware. As soon as our minimum contract is up we’re going elsewhere. We were previously with Wicklow Broadband who were excellent, until this useless shower acquired them.

Customer service and support are terrible. Been without wifi for 14 hours. Down Detector indicates that this is a widespread problem. Called Digiweb 4 times but no automated message. No Tweet. Sent an email..no reply. Finally got though and no update was available, no apology for any inconvenience provided.... In fact I was told that because the outage happened when the office was closed it was out of their hands! If you are considering Digiweb my advice is to avoid - instead sign your contract with a reliable company who understands their responsibility.

Horrific customer service and support. We have been without wifi for 6 days and not a single peep from the company, let alone an apology! I have called countless times and been hung up on after excessively long hold times a total of 4 times now. I’ve requested a call 3 days ago and received nothing. 3 emails to the support team and no response. If you work from home you can’t depend on this company. Absolute joke for a telecoms company to be impossible to get ahold of!

Internet drops at the same time each night and have to reset the routerEvery night my internet goes at 21.30pm and comes back by itself ten minutes later or sometimes I have to reset the router. My contract up in February and will not be renewing as this is so annoying. Have tried another new Fritzbox router and have the same issue. So it is not the router.Never had this issue with other broadband providers. Can't wait to change back to another provider.

Costumer service terrible. Technical support cannot be reached. Left hold on the line 20-30 min, I am paying for your service on time, who is going to pay my holding time ?
