TBC FLOORING

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!Im a builder and business owner and I needed a local vinyl floor layer to replace a floor on one of my jobsI found TBC Flooring on google. Tom said he can source and lay the flooring no problem we agreed a priceThe day he fitted I was in London and he called me saying the client is very happy and can I pay him asap as he needs fuel (I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN) when I see the job later it was terrible. worse than the floor I was replacing. tears on corners, slices in the edging, pieces used to repair bad cuts, bubbles in the floor, and the mastic was awful.I tried to contact Tom again to rectify the problem and or get a refund and he was no longer contactable, not answering his phone or anything.My advise is STAY AWAY!! he is a cowboy and has no accountability for his results.

Very punctual, good housekeeping skills, very professional and time costly, thanks for your work and making my house a home Tom!
