I got my 3rd lobes pierced with Andy - so knowledgeable and talks you through the process. Also gave me healing advice on my other piercings that were done elsewhere. I'll definitely be back to add more piercings to my ear and re-style with him and the massive selection of upgraded jewellery once my piercings are healed - thanks again!

Went in for a double helix piercing today ended up with single despite Andy talking himself out of a double sale. Purely because he showed me gorgeous jewellery I would prefer rather than just bash on regardless. He really took the time to listen to what end result I wanted. Have ordered more jewellery from a beautiful range for another couple of piercings. Immaculately clean. Super friendly and really professional. Gave me great advice for a problematic piecing. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a scaffolding bar in for years but being swept up in post partum I accidentally allowed one side to partially close. I went in to ask for help, was seen the same day, had my preexisting piercing reopened in an almost totally painless 5 minute appointment. And I wasn't charged a penny to boot.Can't recommend highly enough. Someone else could have easily jagged me with a needle and charged me for the privilege. I'll be coming back for any more piercing mishaps in future

Went today for a daith piercing, everything was explained well throughout and also went over and above to help me change a previous piercing to new jewellery. Extremely helpful! Will definitely be back. And 100% recommend.
