Signature Paving & Landscaping

The company managed a good job of our landscaping request. We also had our driveway improved with resin, however, part of the finishing touches were not as agreed. We did not notice this until they had removed all of the waste materials. When I contacted the company, they agreed to rectify this but have failed to show on a number of occasions and seem to be quite evasive, presumably because they have already received the full payment.We would have been really pleased with this company, and still would be, if they could complete the works as described and agree a date to complete them.Be wary of making up front payments until all works have been completed and all waste materials have been removed.

Do not give them any money until job is completed. Also, make sure you have a plan and costings in writing before job is started. My job ended up £1500 over the promised fee, I am owed £375.00 and the job is not finished.

They did some landscaping, paving, laying Artificial grass recently etc for us that still remains unfinished 3 months later, with some defects that still needs sorting. They broke our existing pavers and agreed they would replace with grey resin or matching pavers for us - still waiting and rubbish removing from our property. Once you have paid in full you can't get them to return to finish off the job. Despite many phone calls, messages emails, and a letter (to none existant address) they do not return. They are letting themselves down, If only they just returned calls and finished off the work as agreed in our contract.
