Gaynor is not only an excellent behaviourist but also a really lovely person. She went above and beyond to help us with our 2 year Sprocker, Alfie. She is incredibly knowledgable but also took the time to get to know and understand Alfie, to provide the best advice and training for him. Gaynor came to our home, took him out walking with us and on her own and even had him to stay overnight. He absolutely loves her and made wonderful progress with Alfie. She was incredibly supportive through the whole process. We will always be very grateful.

Gay was absolutely brilliant with helping us settle in our anxious cocker spaniel when we adopted her. We contacted Gaynor at Millwood Dog Behaviour and Training Practice for help with our nervous rescue Westie, Hamish. She came to our house and did a thorough assessment then sent us a detailed report of her findings and recommendations.
