No staff to ⁷help you find or point you in the right direction when I found them they were in a group talking I asked for socket set and was told aisle 25 this was the the electrical section I gave up what has happened to good customer service

B&Q used to have plenty of staff, generally older but extremely clued up on DIY, was a great formula that worked for customers.Now there are barely any staff, loads of items missing off the shelf and the wait time to get someone to help is too long.Finally got what I wanted. Went to the till to pay. The member of staff just pointed at the scanner and said pick that up and scan it to pay and then proceeded to walk off.There is no customer service here anymore. I left my item at the till and just walked out. I’m not giving my money to a company that couldn’t care less about their customers.Off to find an independent to buy from.

Scammed by B&Q verified sellersI have been scammed by B&Q verified sellers, I bought TV unit through B&Q website and I have realized that it comes from one of their verified sellers who is actually selling them on Amazon for almost half price. B&Q customer service is the worst CS I have ever dealt with, they are not trained, have no information and not showing any intention to help you. I was unable to hear or talk to them in one instance because of the the other people in the background sounding like the person was talking from a bar with people laughing madly and talking very loud in the backgroundLong story short the seller didn't accept to make a price match and replied with stupid answers that sometimes websites have glitches and the prices can look cheaper which is 100% a lie as the price was the same for at least 1 month on Amazon and still half price till nowB&Q did not take any responsibility or offer any help and said to speak to the seller who of course didn't do anything and seems they just play the role of intermediates to take a commission of sales with no responsibilities towards the customerTook the decision not to buy anything again from those scammers

bought a kitchen a few years back went in store 2 weeks before delivery to check all parts that was cleared to be delivered were present and going to arrive ALL good they said its there and you will see it in 2 weeks" great of i go rip out my kitchen cooker the whole lot . delivery came more than half the stuff was missing including the cooker i brought which they later said they sold it lol.it took 3 months to get all parts that was promised that fateful day the cooker was last and to top it of there design was 400mm out as they used the wrong connection point for a corner unit .im not the only one either there are loads of ppl like me some even worse . google it .once they get your money they dont care about you or there staff because them poor souls have to deal with it with tied hands SHAME.1 star is 5 stars to many for sure."

This is one of the bigger stores and seemed to be well stocked. Up to date policing mask wearing at the door. Good to remind people of the still present dangers and the correct rules. Staff seem helpful and alert, on occasion moving trolleys or obstructions to my wheelchair. Thank you.Car park is shared with a very big supermarket with green signs. The disabled spaces are well marked, but not regulated in anyway. In the time it took to hoist my chair out the car there were 2 departures and an arrival with no badges on display.There are a surprising number of roundabouts surrounding these stores and the car park entrance is not obvious and I (and two others) found the service entrance first!
