I chose Meg as my trainer following a recommendation of one of my friends who Meg also coaches. The idea of having a virtual PT felt odd to me at first, but now I look forward to our weekly sessions/check ins on Thursdays all week.I’d been weight training for around 4-5 years before I starting training with Meg, but I had no structure to my workouts, and my negative relationship with food was causing me stress in my general day to day life. My goals were to improve my relationship with food and loose around 14lbs. I’m now at the end of my dieting phase and with Megs help, I managed to loose an extra 5lbs on top of my goal weight.I’m over the moon with the progress I’ve made so far. I wasn’t expecting to be at the point I’m at now, but I can honestly say I’ve never felt so confident and comfortable in my own skin. I thought my negative relationship with food was something that I could never fix, but Meg and I have spent the last 6 months changing my habits and finding the right balance and as a result, I’ve never been happier!Meg has been more than just a coach to me in the last 6 months. She’s also been a great friend, and has been there and supported me whenever I’ve needed it, especially on the days where I’ve felt like I’m making no progress. Meg has been my number 1 cheerleader and for that, I can’t thank her enough. We have so much fun in every session and that’s what it’s all about. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Meg so far and I can’t wait to see what’s to come.

My mum and I have been training with Meg since 2019, we were recommended Meg by a friend and have never looked back!My goals have always been to gain fitness and get stronger which I really believe I am doing so with Meg’s help!Meg is super supportive and motivational, and always offers great advice- she knows what to work on and what to avoid if ever you’re having any struggles or have any injuries in particular areas.I have seen some great results and would definitely say consistency is key (I can definitely tell when I’ve missed a week or two)!I would highly recommend training with Meg, you know you’re in safe hands as she is so knowledgeable and understanding of individual needs- even when training together with my mum!

I have been training with Meg for over four years and I have seen a huge transformation in myself, both physically and also my mental attitude towards health & fitness. I feel better about myself than I ever have before- all thanks to Meg. She has been so supportive of my goals and makes things achievable. She has gradually increased the difficulties of my sessions over the years and I have seen a massive increase in my technique and strength and she has given great advice about diet and nutrition. At first I was wary of lifting heavy weights, but now it’s one of my favorite things! Meg is a fantastic trainer for beginners all the way through to more advanced lifters. She can also train virtually (a god send in lockdown!) and in person. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been working with Megan for 2 months now as a result of her being recommended as a personal trainer. From the initial consultation meeting, Megan has been really personable and is great fun to work with. My aim was to lose a little weight and to tone up, and the results have been amazing. I have lost 10 cm from my stomach and I have muscle definition I have never seen before, and after only 2 months! The programmes Megan sets are really challenging and progressive, and exactly in line with what I wanted/needed from a PT. I can’t recommend Megan highly enough, she is a fantastic PT and brilliant to work with.

Meg is amazing! I've been training with her for about three years now, having started at the gym about 6 months before lockdown 2020. We then moved to zoom for probably about a year, and now I go to her purpose built garden studio which is great; it has all the various equipment and I have a 7.30am slot once a week!I decided to try a Personal Trainer as I was encouraged by my osteopath to improve my strength and mobility as a way of minimising injuries, both in carrying out daily tasks and also when playing my rediscovered hobby of golf!Three years on, and I can honestly say that I am so much stronger and my mobility and flexibility is so much better. General tasks are easier, like getting up from kneeling and lifting things, plus my golf has improved and my handicap has reduced!Meg is lovely to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has gradually built up my strength in various muscle groups through targeted and varied exercises. She changes the program every couple of weeks, so it's never boring and she's very encouraging and supportive.I used to keep it quiet that I had a PT, (maybe I felt a bit embarrassed, or felt it a bit extravagant - I'm not quite sure why), but having felt and seen the benefits of her input and my hard work, I'm now actually very happy and confident to let people know I have a PT and I openly sing Meg's praises!I've recommended her to quite a few friends (who also think she's amazing!) and I'm very grateful to her for all her help, advice, enthusiasm and encouragement. As well as being a great PT, she's also a lovely person.I think that says it all.

I would 1000000% recommend Meg as a coach, we've been training together for over a year now and she has had a made such a positive impact on my life. She is so kind and supportive, always taking the time to check in and go above and beyond creating an amazing friendship. Meg has structured my workouts so they're challenging but engaging at the same time. Meg is very knowledgable and teaches you how to improve your workouts, form and nutrition. This sets you up for long term success not quick fixes.We have always trained remotely due to living quite a distance from each other, which has worked really well and gives amazing flexibility.I have seen massive changes in my fitness levels, appearance and confidence. I have had a very difficult relationship with my weight/body which has finally moved in a positive direction thanks to Meg. She's your biggest supporter and cheerleader, celebrating your success but also being realistic that life gets in the way and sometimes you can't always be 100% on plan. Whilst being super friendly Meg also holds you to account and challenges you to achieve the goals you set. Meg has done the impossible and made me look forward to exercising and our time together! I am so happy to have her as my coach and my friend and can't wait to keep working together! Working with Meg has changed my life, you won't regret signing up / seeing her!

I came to Meg four months ago. I’ve trained with various PTs / exercise classes for several few years, however, what Meg has helped me achieve in the last four months has outweighed any previous exercise regime I was on.The thing about Meg is that she strives for consistency and wins but also genuinely cares for her clients and their progress! Meg checks in following each Session and has helped my mindset change towards exercise and food in general.The professionalism and knowledge that she has in her field of work is outstanding, however, it’s always with a level of fun which has kept me engaged and excited to train each week!Each session goes super fast, but I feel like I’ve achieved something each time and her guidance has given me so much confidence in attending the gym myself (which I never would have done pre Meg.)Genuinely a warm, passionate, FUN PT who I can’t recommend enough, would give 6 stars if I could ⭐️

I’ve known Meg for a number of years now - she assisted me in getting prepped for my wedding & the birth of my child. After a year out post baby & pandemic I got back in touch. It was initially online then face to face as restrictions lifted. My husband & I now do a weekly joint sessions. Meg puts a great deal of thought, expertise & effort in providing us with a great session & overall programme. She works hard to get the very best out of us during our sessions & throughout the week. We set joint goals for both training & nutrition, the check ins help us throughout the week to reconnect with those goals & keep on track but she also appreciates we are human!Her studio is clean & tidy with a great variety of equipment to make training both challenging & fun. Meg is so knowledgeable & has always adapted exercises as & when needed.Meg is everything you would want in your trainer, she truly is cheering her you on & wants the very best for you. We love working with her & would definitely recommend.
