Authentic Jerk House

Staff are not serious laughing,shouting, being so loud messing around while on shift and on the till area. The order wasn't ready waited 15mins extra then pick up the delivery order set off to the customer on route I get a call from the staff saying can you come back we forgot to give you this from the order. I Replied no I can't as I'm not paid to come back and collect items for the mistake of there own staff members. address this asap cause it's not the first time and I'll no longer be collecting delivery orders for you guys as it's a joke of a service.

Fantastic food, freshly cooked massive portion in the combo box! Highly recommend, the mac and cheese I had as an extra was amazing! Best Caribbean food I have had in a long time. Staff are so friendly and very helpful, kitchen clean and you can see them preparing your food! Hot food even when we got it home and cooked freshly. I had fried chicken and stewed chicken, my partner had curry goat and fried chicken! My son had stewed chicken. Compliments to the chef we will be back 100%

As a first-timer, you might have been a bit unsure about what to order, but the staff were more than happy to help you out and make some recommendations. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to suggest dishes that would suit your taste preferences. You ended up trying the jerk chicken and it was absolutely phenomenal - perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.The atmosphere of the place was really great too. The decor was really well done and had a really authentic Jamaican feel to it. The music playing in the background was also a nice touch and really added to the vibe of the place.One thing that really stood out to you was how generous the portions were. You were really surprised at how much food you got for the price - it was definitely great value for money. And even though it was a lot of food, you couldn't resist finishing every last bite because it was just that delicious!Overall, your experience at Authentic Jerk House was fantastic. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. You left feeling completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Jamaican meal.

Paid £8 for a piece of chiken breast and fries. Dry chicken, fries were okay. Ment to be a large jerk chiken. Nice staff/owners. Will try a diffrent item next time.

Brown stew chicken/Hard food and portion of plantain. Leftovers the next day, and it was sweeter then the 1st bite the day before. Recommend buying one of the specialised drinks, I had soursop should have have brought 2. This will be a monthly eat in for me.

So ordered on Uber eats when arrived my order was wrong my food was cold and obviously didn’t match my receipt. Rang up to say my order was wrong they said they would send me another order out but don’t know when it will arrive . And still didn’t receive nothing . Just think it’s unprofessional and maybe u should double check the orders again before they are sent out so people aren’t disappointed after they have paid for something they didn’t want .to also be told another order will be sent out but nothing had came

Just want to give a shout out to the chef aka Prawny. The oxtail was bang on. Sorry no photos was to hungry and the food tasted so good that I did not have time to put done the fork. I then had a shrimp pasta take away some festivals and some jerk chicken wings it was excellent.Very nice people at the Authentic Jerk House.This place comes highly recommended.Complements to the Chef

Recently visited the Jerk House for the first time and was completely blown away with the food. I would argue it is the best Caribbean takeway around.I ordered two combo boxes with Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Rice n Peas, Mac n Cheese and Veg. It was absolutely amazing and very well presented. The food was still hot after I drove 15 minutes home.I will definitely be returning!!Bless up

Had our 1st meal from Authentic Jerk House last night and it was hands down the best Jerk chicken meal I've ever had. We ordered the combo box with jerk chicken and jerk lamb ribs steamed veg fries with coleslaw and corn salsa it came in an extra large foil container all very well presented. We are looking forward to trying all the different meat and fish combinations. Seriously cant recommend this place enough. I've always loved jamaican cuisine as my family are all from notting hill in london so grew up around the notting hill carnival so to finally find a place that can easily rival any if not beat any jerk ive had at carnival has made me very very happy. Keep up the good work guys and we are looking forward to our next combo box.
