Rob has serviced my solar thermal system and hot water cylinder on a couple of occasions. Rob is very helpful, thoughtful, friendly, and a good communicator. Highly recommended! Rob is a rare find. He came and sorted our 'issues' late on a Friday afternoon until the evening, when most of the trade are in the boozer. Our solar water heating wasn't working and Rob got us back up and running that night. Then returned and fixed so many issues with the entire system, which was never working properly. After that he fixed our NEST - which also hadn't been set up correctly, not to mention a boiler service too. The entire system works like a dream, so if you're in need of an efficient, knowledgable engineer, who seems to like finding problems, where other engineers have FAILED, look no further!!!A very happy customer :)

Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Helped reconfigure an existing solar installation that unbeknown to me had been incorrectly installed many years back, so I am fortunate that I had called Rob put for an initial service where he advised me on the issues. Hoping for reduced gas bills when the sun shines, now that the solar system is working more effectively!

Rob is reliable, helpful and knows his stuff. I have a slightly complicated house with boiler, underfloor and solar panels, so wouldn’t use anyone else now. We have used Rob Murphy for a few years now after he solved a long-standing problem with a solar thermal system that we’d had installed in 2010. Rob now does the routine servicing of our solar thermal installation, and also does our regular gas boiler and hot water cylinder servicing. We have always found him knowledgeable and helpful for any central heating problems that we have.
