CT BARBER

No pricing anywhere, sub par haircut for £20

been using this barbers since opening, there today (sunday) for myself and my 9 year old son. 2 price increases in a year with no price guide signage. willing to pay the already over priced £9 for kids - NOT £13 on Fridays to Monday's. decided not to get my own hair done as unwilling to pay woman's salon prices! as a result they have lost 2 loyal customers. they also missed a chunk of hair which i'll have to finish myself.poor poor poor!!

Quality is good, price is good.I have an awkward commute and work most days so getting to a barber can be a hassle at times.However I was pleasantly surprised to find out CT Barbers is open late on weekdays.I had to wait in Dunfermline during my commute and was able to easily fit in a haircut while I was there even though it was almost 7pm.

Both my boys and I have been going here for years for haircuts and shaves.The barbers are very friendly and extremely welcoming. The decor, seating and bays are of the highest standard for Dunfermline barbers.The prices are higher at £13 but the quality of the cut and shave is far superior and well worth it.Very professional, speedy and we'll we'll it.

I usually go to my barbers in Inverkeithing but unfortunately he was shut today, so decided to go here instead which was a total mistake. The guy cutting my hair looked like he didn't even want to be there, spent 8mins in the chair, the cut was done too fast and was substandard, what was worse is that they charge £13 for a gents cut!!!! Its a complete rip-off, no wonder they don't advertise their prices on the window or no one would actually go there. All the positive reviews on here must be from family or friends because this place diabolical. I most definitely wont be coming back and I encourage others to do the same.

Full discloser upfront here. My wife is a hair dress and always cuts my hair ever since we meet! I have though started to grow quite a think, and quite a messy beard. My wife was not confident enough to do both my beard and hair. As she had never done beards before and did not want to mess up the hard work I had put in to growing it!So with my wife's blessing, some trepidation, and a bit of worry I decided to try CT Barbers. Mainly because they where on the same street as where I work!I was greeted by Jake, who told me he could do both my hair and beard now, and it would only take about 15\20 mins!As nervous as I was (I have never had my beard done before!) Jake soon put me at ease once I told him what I was looking for. Basically a skin fade up the back and sides, beard faded, and the beard lines sharpened up.The speed and accuracy Jake displayed was impressive! It was soon clear he had been doing this for many years.Yes there was a few twitchy moment when he had the cut throat razor out, and then when he used the candle on my ear hair. But by the time he had finished up I looked totally different, sharp just like I wanted! The oil \ gel that he used also smelled great. I felt fresh! All in all a very pleasurable experience not just a hair cut and beard trim!When I thanked Jake and told him how impressed I was his response was priceless I know Magic!" he said.The proof in this hair cut & Beard Trim was always going to be what my wife thought!She loved it

If I could givezwro stars I would absolute joke of a haircut missed half my hair told him specifically what I wanted no where near what I wanted I won't be back and he had the brass neck too charge me £20 for that joke of a haircut I'd avoid this place at all costs
