i have attended quite a few funeral services by the ferndale branch and my own father was laid to rest several years ago by them,i have nothing but praise for their professional and caring attitude to a very difficult job,

Donna and Hannah have been amazing. I have not yet met Nicola but she has been really helpful over the phone, always recognise that it's me. They take the time to listen and get to know you and make it a personal experience ,it's like chatting to someone, that you always knew. They guide you every step of the way. They have been a big help to myself and my family.
