Jane and her team provide an excellent service. They look after our cats beautifully, caring to their every need and provide any level of update you want (including cute videos!) helping to keep you reassured whilst away on holiday. I have found them to be completely reliable, to be completely respectful of privacy and to have an excellent understanding of keeping the property secure. They are really responsive if you have any issues. I highly recommend this business.

Jane and family have been walking our dog for almost a year now. They are excellent with her- honest, trustworthy and really care about our pet as if she was their own! Our dog actively looks forward to walks with Jane and co and we love getting the updates from them when she is out and about being walked. I couldn't recommend them enough, they always find a way to help out with our walks even when busy. They are great at keeping us updated and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our pet!

Having engaged Happy Pets Yorkshire a few times, it is with a huge disappointment that I'm writing this review. We had Ian booked to look after our boxer at our home for 10 days and having returned from holiday we made some really distressing finds. Not only the security of our home was put at risk by placing the keys under the doormat on a regular basis, but MOST upsetting is that the welfare of our beloved dog was neglected. He was left alone for 12 HOURS on two occasions and when Ian was questioned there apparently was a family emergency 30min away one time and personal sickness on the other. Which, if, of course, all was true, could've been communicated to us there and then, and an alternative solution would have been found. But, of course, what a great place social media is! Having looked through the regular updates on Happy Pets Yorkshire page, it transpired that when they happily abandoned our dog, the team had a wonderful outing enjoying some horses one day and babysitting someone else's cats on the other.Interestingly, when Jane tried to argue back, I only heard how noisy and unberrable the builders next door were. Which is ironic really, as most days our dog was left alone on average for 7 hours at a time, between 6am and 9pm with a quick pop in the afternoons.I'll give Ian some respect for coming around and trying to explain in person. I wasn't going to leave any feedback, we just agreed to never work with them again, but having seen what they were upto when there was an emergency"
